Father - Daughter!

On Friday Mike took Karsyn to a father-daughter dinner. It was so sweet to watch the excitement! I told Karsyn of the news as I picked her up from day care and told her we had to hurry home and get her ready for a special date with her Dad. She instantly became gitty. She said "It will just be me and daddy?", when I said yes, she was all smiles and giggles. There is something about a Daddy and his little girl that is so precious!!! So we rushed home and got her all dressed up in her fancy red dress and fixed her hair. Mike gave her a red rose and they headed off to the dinner with a friend of ours and his daughter! It just melted my heart! When they got there they had their picture taken, had a wonderful spaghetti dinner, I think that they had some entertainment as well. All of the proceeds went to the Christian School, and they had the pictures ready for them as they left.

Checks!

I saw the coolest checks this morning! There is a place online that you can upload your pictures and they will put them on your checks! The one I saw today was their wedding picture, it was very cool! If I wasn't so cheep, I would have to get some made up with my favorite little ones on them... But I get the free ones from Wells Fargo, and can't get my self to spend money on checks when I get them for free!!

Winter Time Blues!

I am having a hard time being motivated right now. I know I have a ton of things that I should be doing, and things that need to be getting done, but I can't get my butt moving. House work is building up, I have phone calls to make, my office is starting to stack up and I have the kids' schedules to keep!

I don't know maybe it's the time of year and the fact that it has in negative digits lately, or maybe I am just in a bit of a rut, maybe I am just being plain lazy!

Our New Office Space!

Over the past couple weeks we have been busy getting our new office ready! I think we are pretty much finished! We are all moved in and situated. Of course we have a few minor things left, but it feels pretty good to be resettled and have a little more elbow room! Anyone who has been in our old space knows it was a much needed move. We are still in the same building, which was nice for the moving process in January!!! But it is the front of the building where Alltel was. The owners renovated it so it would work for what we needed, and I think it looks pretty good. You will all have to stop in and check it out!
